Lead I - Product Owner

The team are working on delivering new modern screens into collections and tracing. These screen products are currently used across financial services and the public sector to help trace customers or perform legitimate investigations on citizens.

We will be revamping the screen products to incorporate modern UX, be accessibility compliant and include Gen AI functionality. You role in this will be:

Project:

• Client account and user migration activities
• Basic live testing
• User guides
• Working with Marketing on new collateral (product decks, sheets etc)
• Billing code mapping, contract mapping, pricing mapping etc
• Preparing documentation for SVA (Go-live requirements)
• Supporting delivery work for screen products

Other product work:

• Batch product revenue reconciliation
• Once up to speed could help GTM (Sales) with things like use cases, settings documents, RFPs, RFIs etc

This is a great opportunity to get product experience on an exciting, forward looking project.

Some experience related to some of this sort of work is needed.
