• Capture and document business requirements through BRDs, SRS, use-cases, and gap analysis.

• Conduct requirements gathering sessions and collaborate with business users across multiple geographies.

• Lead design brainstorming, prototype reviews, and workshops with stakeholders and SMEs.

• Coordinate onsite-offshore teams across development, testing, and deployment phases.

• Translate business needs into technical specifications and solution design documents.

• Integrate workflows with external systems such as credit bureaus and other data sources.

• Develop and maintain database queries and analytical tools using SQL, Oracle, DB2, etc.

• Strong experience with BPM, workflow, rule engine products, and application customization.

• Excellent communication, client-facing, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in technical field with 7+ years in finance/software delivery and application development/testing experience.
