In This Role, Infant / Toddler Lead Teacher (Primi)

  • Create a nurturing, responsive, and beautifully prepared environment for infants and toddlers
  • Support early independence through respectful care routines (feeding, toileting, rest)
  • Observe and guide each child’s development at their own pace
  • Foster language development, movement, and social-emotional growth
  • Build trusting relationships with families through clear, kind communication
  • Lead your classroom with calm confidence and intention

Infant / Toddler Assistant Teacher

  • Support the Lead Teacher in maintaining a peaceful and organized environment
  • Assist with daily care routines and transitions
  • Help ensure the classroom is clean, safe, and developmentally appropriate
  • Offer warmth, attentiveness, and consistency to each child
  • Collaborate with your team to create a supportive classroom community

What We’re Looking ForLead Teacher

  • Experience working with infants/toddlers (Montessori experience preferred)
  • Montessori certification (Infant/Toddler) preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Strong understanding of child development (0–3 years)
  • Patient, nurturing, and observant
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Assistant Teacher

  • Experience with young children preferred
  • Warm, dependable, and willing to learn
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Passion for working with children

Requirements

  • DCF 45 Hours (or willingness to complete)
  • Background screening (required)
  • CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
