Lead Inventory Control Analyst

Responsibilities:

Ability to use inventory computer programs to update counts and compile reports, such as spreadsheets

Ordering inventory from suppliers, main warehouse and securing shipment arrival times

Managing inventory by stocking and cataloging products

Performing quality checks on stored inventory and discarding inventory that does not meet the company’s standards

Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with management and other stakeholders
-
Reporting discrepancies in inventory from last count

Implementing loss prevention
-
Daily, weekly and monthly inventories
-
Ability to use inventory computer programs to update counts and compile reports, such as spreadsheets

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Researching the accuracy of product details and testing new products

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Must be able to lift 50LB

Work with management to identify areas of improvement in Storage and ordering practices

Must be able to handle multiple tasks and people

Required to stand on your feet for extended periods of time with walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, stooping, crouching, bending, reaching above the shoulders, twisting, crawling, and kneeling as needed.

Physical environment includes noise, heat, cold, and lint dust.
Additional Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years of inventory management experience

Ability to work 12-hour shifts

Ability to obtain security clearance
