Role overview
The Lead – Marketing will be responsible for building, strengthening, and managing the company’s brand presence across digital and offline channels. This role involves driving strategic branding initiatives, overseeing social media and content creation, managing digital ad campaigns such as Google AdWords, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent brand messaging, enhance brand visibility, and support business growth through impactful and creative branding efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and manage the overall brand strategy to ensure consistent brand identity.
Plan and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and brand reach.
Lead content creation across formats like posts, videos, blogs, and marketing materials.
Manage and optimize Google AdWords and digital campaigns for better ROI.
Liaison with internal teams, agencies, and vendors for smooth execution of branding initiatives.
Monitor brand performance metrics and refine strategies based on insights.
Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all departments.
Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, from concept to analysis.
Support event branding and marketing activities.
Identify and implement new branding opportunities and emerging trends.
Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives in collaboration with sales teams to target key enterprise accounts, drive personalized campaigns, and improve pipeline conversion.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience of 4-6years in marketing, or a related field, preferably in [B2B].
Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business objectives into effective branding campaigns.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate and present ideas effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in HubSpot is a plus.
