About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Network Engineer to design, implement, and manage large-scale enterprise network infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in LAN/WAN, Data Center, VPN, Network Security, and SD-WAN technologies, with strong hands-on experience in leading vendor solutions.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to work in a dynamic, mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of LAN/WAN and Data Center networks.
• Implement and manage SD-WAN solutions (CATO Networks) — mandatory experience required.
• Oversee VPN, Network Security, and Firewall management to ensure secure connectivity across global sites.
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices including Meraki, Arista, Aruba, and Cisco switches.
• Manage and optimize firewalls such as Palo Alto, Checkpoint, FortiGate, and Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA).
• Collaborate with cloud teams on AWS and Azure Networking — VNETs, VPN, and ExpressRoute configurations.
• Administer and monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds, F5 Load Balancers, and WAN Optimizers.
• Perform network capacity planning, incident response, and root cause analysis.
• Document network architecture, policies, and operational procedures.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with cross-functional IT teams for seamless operations.

Key Skills & Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience in Network Engineering and Infrastructure Management.
• Strong technical expertise in LAN/WAN, Data Center, VPN, and Network Security.
• Hands-on experience with Meraki, Arista, Aruba, and Cisco network devices.
• Mandatory: Experience in SD-WAN (CATO Networks) implementation and management.
• Proficient in Firewall technologies – Palo Alto, Checkpoint, FortiGate, and Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA).
• Working knowledge of AWS and Azure Cloud Networking components.
• Familiarity with SolarWinds, F5 Load Balancers, and WAN Optimization solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in complex network environments.
• Certifications Required:
• CCNA / CCNP
• ITIL Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Exposure to Network Automation and Scripting (Python, Ansible) is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage on-call and shift-based teams.
