Lead Payroll HR (Flow HCM) - Male

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee end-to-end payroll operations through FlowHCM.
• Ensure accurate salary processing, deductions, benefits, and tax compliance.
• Maintain payroll records, reports, and employee data with confidentiality.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Implement payroll policies, procedures, and process improvements.
• Generate payroll analytics and reports for management decision-making.
• Provide leadership and training to the payroll support team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience 6-7 Years in Payroll Management (FlowHCM expertise is mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, taxation, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
