Position: Admin & Finance Manager
Reporting To: Director Administration (with reporting responsibilities to MD)
Position Level: Mid-Senior Management

Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore

Role Overview

The Admin & Finance Manager is responsible for the smooth execution of administrative and financial operations. This includes handling payroll, tax reporting, cost control, budgeting, and staff attendance management. The role requires close coordination with the Director Admin and the Managing Director, ensuring financial discipline, transparency, and efficiency in day-to-day operations.

Core Responsibilities1. Administration

  • Execute all administrative tasks as delegated by the Director Admin.
  • Maintain and update team attendance records on a daily basis.
  • Share weekly attendance and compliance reports with the MD.
  • Ensure office administration, vendor coordination, and operational support.

2. Finance & Payroll

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Handle statutory tax reporting (income tax, withholding, sales tax, etc.) in compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain records of all financial transactions under the supervision of the Director Admin.
  • Support audits and financial compliance requirements.

3. Cost Control & Budgeting

  • Prepare weekly cost and budget reports for submission to Director Admin and MD.
  • Conduct monthly OPEX (Operational Expenditure) cost evaluation and budgeting.
  • Share time-budget reports at least 15 days before anticipated expenses, ensuring proactive financial planning.
  • Monitor expenses against budget and highlight variances.

4. Reporting & Compliance

  • Provide weekly financial and administrative reports to Director Admin and MD.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all finance and admin records.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial guidelines, and legal requirements.

Key Deliverables

  • Weekly cost & budget report.
  • Weekly attendance report for MD.
  • Monthly payroll processed on time.
  • Monthly OPEX cost evaluation and budget report.
  • Timely tax reporting and compliance submissions.
  • Time budget report (submitted 15 days in advance of expenses).

Authority & Decision-Making

  • Authority to execute administrative tasks as delegated.
  • Authority to prepare, process, and recommend payments, payroll, and expense reports.
  • Final approval on financial decisions rests with the Director Admin and MD.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs52,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
