Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Lead Producer to join our team!

Job Description:
As a Lead Producer, designated as key personnel, you will be responsible for integrated delivery management of complex themed entertainment or experiential projects. You will ensure alignment between creative intent, programme milestones, procurement strategy, budget control, vendor coordination, and operational readiness across multi-vendor, multi-stakeholder environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing and managing detailed schedules aligned with overall project milestones.
• Coordinating cross-disciplinary deliverables across various stakeholders.
• Managing scope definition, change control, and risk mitigation activities.
• Interfacing with commercial and procurement teams as required.
• Tracking budgets and resource allocations.
• Coordinating integration, rehearsals, previews, testing and commissioning, and opening readiness activities.
• Ensuring complete documentation and structured handover to operations teams.
• Creating, maintaining, and managing project-related paperwork for media, show, and game production, including progress reports, meeting recaps, and action plans.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 15 years of multidisciplinary leadership experience within theme park attractions, location-based entertainment, immersive entertainment, live show production, and/or major experiential projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale complex multi-vendor and multi-stakeholder environments from development through testing, installation, integration, and opening.
• Strong commercial literacy including programme management and change control.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:

Experience in international project environments; GCC experience preferred.
