Job Description:

About the Role

As a Lead Recruiter at Fusion CX, you will manage end-to-end hiring processes, oversee multiple recruitment campaigns, and partner with stakeholders to meet project goals. You’ll design data-driven hiring strategies, execute volume recruitment drives, and contribute to strengthening Fusion CX’s growing workforce across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate should have experience in high-volume recruitment drives for International and Domestic projects
• Should be responsible for managing volume hiring across multiple projects and multiple sites
• Should understand Client requirements and prepare suitable hiring strategies
• Should coordinate with Stakeholders for successful recruitment closures on time
• Should maintain hiring tools and applications
• Should understand and continuously research for improvement of the hiring process
• Should prepare reports on time
• Should be flexible to travel anywhere in India

Work Locations: This role is open to applicants based in either Gurugram or Navi Mumbai.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Human Resources preferred).
• Experience: 8–12 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with strong expertise in mass hiring and BPO hiring.
• Expertise: Experience handling both domestic and international recruitment.
• Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Technical: Proficiency in recruitment systems, hiring tools, and MS Office applications.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel and adapt to multi-site operational needs.
