Job Title: Lead Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Jay Air System Private Limited is looking for a motivated and strategic Lead Sales Manager to drive business development and oversee the execution of sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in sales and team leadership, particularly in B2B or technical product environments. The Lead Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales cycle, developing customer relationships, leading the sales team, and ensuring consistent revenue growth aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market share.
  • Manage key client accounts, build long-term relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance, generate reports, and analyze data to optimize team productivity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Identify new market opportunities and propose strategies for business expansion.
  • Guide and mentor junior sales staff, providing regular training and performance feedback.
  • Participate in key negotiations and close high-value deals.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and team coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
