Lead - Strategic Market Management

Job Responsibilities:
Lead customer segmentation analysis by coordinating market research and stakeholder inputs to provide targeted insights that support strategic marketing decisions.
Track and report market trends and competitor activities by using analytical tools and structured monitoring to provide timely updates that guide business strategy.
Provide data-driven recommendations by evaluating business performance and market dynamics to support the refinement of strategic plans.
Identify potential growth areas by assessing emerging market opportunities and supporting the development of strategic initiatives.
Conduct competitor benchmarking and SWOT analyses to identify gaps, strengths, and opportunities that enhance market positioning.
Support change and innovation initiatives by researching best practices and proposing enhancements to improve strategic outcomes.
Support the implementation of the company’s corporate strategy by aligning transformation and organizational development projects with business goals and the long-term vision.
Evaluate new business opportunities (e.g., partnerships, M&A, diversification) through financial modeling and market analysis

Required Qualifications:
5 - 7 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Mass Communication or any related field
