Lead Talent Acquisition - Industrial Hiring

We are looking for two Talent Acquisition Specialists to support large-scale industrial hiring for our client in Abu Dhabi. These roles will focus on hiring across areas such as mining and raw material sourcing, logistics, transport, processing, and plant operations. This role requires strong experience in bulk recruitment within industrial or heavy industry environments.

This is a 12-month contract role in the organization and reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager in the Talent Acquisition department.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for industrial and operational roles
• Deliver bulk hiring campaigns across mining, sourcing, logistics, transport, and plant operations roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower plans and timelines
• Source, screen, and assess candidates at scale
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer processes
• Manage high-volume pipelines and maintain accurate hiring trackers
• Work with internal stakeholders to meet aggressive hiring timelines
• Support onboarding and mobilization activities
• Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and processes
• Prepare regular recruitment status reports and dashboards

Knowledge, skills & experience:

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in bulk hiring
• Strong exposure to industrial hiring such as mining, logistics, transport, processing, or manufacturing
• Experience hiring for operations, engineering, maintenance, and HSE roles
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment under tight deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Experience working in structured, large-scale organizations
