Lead Teacher: Early Preschool (Ages 2–3)

Are you passionate about shaping young minds and making a difference every day? We are looking for an energetic, loving, and dedicated teacher to join our Early Preschool (2 to 3-year-olds) team! This is a dynamic classroom focused on exploration, creativity, and the exciting milestone of potty training.

Available Shifts

We are looking for reliable educators for the following full-time shifts:

• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• 8:45 AM – 5:45 PM
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Classroom Details

• Ratio: 2 Teachers : 14 Students
• Environment: A supportive, high-quality educational setting.

What You’ll Do

• Inspire Learning: Lead daily classroom functions and provide a creative environment that encourages exploration and decision-making.
• Track Growth: Assess developmental needs and lead parent-teacher conferences.
• Build Relationships: Form meaningful connections with students and families.
• Safety First: Maintain constant supervision and ensure a safe, clean environment.
• ProCare App is used for Daily Sheets and communication

What We’re Looking For

• Passion: A genuine love for Early Childhood Education and a high-energy "can-do" attitude.
• Experience: Previous experience in a quality preschool or licensed childcare center is preferred.
• Patience: Must be comfortable and patient with the potty training process.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs for child safety and program facilitation.
• Compliance: Must meet all local Kansas childcare regulatory requirements.
