Job Summary
Execute advanced Boolean and Google X-Ray searches to identify niche IT/tech candidates (developers, DevOps, data engineers, cloud specialists). Build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and drive proactive sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and execute complex Boolean strings across Google, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
• Map talent pools for software engineering, DevOps, data science, and cloud roles
• Maintain candidate databases and build sourcing reports
• Conduct initial candidate screening and personalized outreach
• Stay ahead of tech hiring trends and sourcing best practices​

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years hands-on IT/tech sourcing experience
• Advanced Boolean search and Google X-Ray expertise
• Familiarity with tech stacks: Java, Python, AWS, DevOps, Microservices
• Hyderabad location (hybrid work)
• Strong analytical mindset and research skills
• Excellent written/verbal communication​

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ATS systems and candidate tracking
• Knowledge of Hyderabad tech ecosystem
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator​
