Lead Technician

About the Job

Ruan is looking for a lead diesel technician based in Kansas City, MO, to support maintenance for our dedicated customers. 5+ years of hands-on experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance with 3+ years leading a team of technicians to achieve maintenance goals. Pay and Benefits

Earn $30-$38 per hour. Based on experience. Class B CDL is preferred, training is available for those interested in obtaining their Class B CDL.

Schedule

Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule from 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Paid Training

Enjoy identifying mechanic problems using charts, technical manuals, and diagnostic equipment with paid training from some of the best in the industry. Ruan ensures that our technicians have access to the latest diagnostic technology and training.

CDL training is available.

Tool and Work Boot Program

Ruan's tool and work boot program helps technicians obtain the tools they need to be safe and successful! Each technician that joins the Ruan team will receive a $1,000 tool reimbursement and a work boot voucher. Additionally, uniforms are provided.
