KinderKids Learning Center is looking for a strong, nurturing, and experienced
Lead Toddler Early Childhood Specialist
to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who understands that toddlers need more than supervision—they need intentional teaching, patience, consistency, and a classroom leader who knows how to balance learning, structure, and care.
At KinderKids, we believe early childhood education is foundational. Our team works hard to create safe, engaging, developmentally appropriate classrooms where children can build confidence, independence, and a love of learning.
What you’ll do:

Lead a toddler classroom with confidence, warmth, and professionalism

Plan and carry out age-appropriate activities and routines
-
Create a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment

Support children’s social-emotional growth, language development, and independence
-
Maintain strong classroom management and smooth daily transitions

Communicate effectively with families, coworkers, and leadership

Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, classroom procedures, and company standards

Mentor and support assistant teachers as needed within the classroom
Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old
-
Must have at least a GED or high school diploma
-
Must have at least 1 year of experience in a formal childcare setting
-
Must be available to work full-time hours between 6:30 AM and 5:45 PM

Must have a strong work ethic and be dependable

Must be an enthusiastic team player

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
-
Must be able to see and hear children at all times
-
Must be able to stand, kneel, bend, lift, and move actively throughout the day, including for extended periods of time
