<Responsibilities>

• Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans tailored to toddler age groups, incorporating curriculum development principles and early childhood education best practices.
• Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and positive behavior management.
• Engage children through interactive activities that promote literacy education, math skills, physical development, and social-emotional learning.
• Collaborate with families to support child welfare, communicate progress, and address individual needs related to special education or early intervention.
• Manage classroom routines efficiently, including diapering or potty training, meal times, naps, and transitions while ensuring health and safety standards are maintained.
• Utilize classroom management techniques to foster respectful behavior and support children’s emotional well-being.
• Document developmental milestones and maintain accurate records for each child in accordance with licensing requirements and educational standards.

<Experience>

• Prior classroom experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting is essential.
• Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development theories and practices specific to toddlers.
• Experience developing curriculum content that includes literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and Montessori methods is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with behavior management strategies suitable for young children to promote positive interactions.
• Background in special education or early intervention programs is advantageous for supporting diverse learner needs.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, colleagues, and external specialists.
