Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. As a Preschool Teacher, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children. You will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate curricula and fostering a love for learning in each student.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development.
• Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their social skills and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience for all students.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and developmental milestones.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while providing first aid when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.

Experience
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experiences:

• Background in early childhood education or related field.
• Experience working with children in various settings such as childcare, caregiving, or nannying.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
• Familiarity with special education needs is a plus.
• First aid certification is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Previous experience in babysitting or working with students is beneficial.
