Lead Toddler Teacher

Must have background working with young children (12 months to 30 months) and knowledgeable in classroom settings.

• Develop a careful and creative program suitable for toddlers
• Employ a variety of educational techniques to teach young children
• Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
• Encourage children to interact with each other
• Develop curriculum (identify shapes, colors, animals etc.)
• Supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times
• Track children’s progress
• Collaborate with program supervisor when needed
• Maintain all dcyf standards
• 30 hours stars training
• TB test results
• MMR (proof of immunity)
• First aid and CPR (current)
• Blood Borne Pathogens
• Food handlers card (cuurent)
• Portable background check (in merit)
• Safe sleep training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.15 - $18.25 per hour
