Lead Toddler Teacher

Thank you for checking out our job post! We are looking to hire a lead teacher for our toddler class (ages 18- 24 months). This classroom has 9 little toddlers and you will have a co-teacher and assistant. We follow the Frogstreet curriculum, but encourage you to incorporate any of your own creative ideas as well!

About Us:

• Private center located on a quiet 50 acres in Davidsonville, MD
• Licensed for 75 children ages 18 months and up- 6 colorful classrooms
• We use the Frogstreet Curriculum and Brightwheel communication system

Job Details:

• Hours: 9:00-5:30; Monday- Friday
• Benefits after probation period- PTO, paid holidays, discounted health and dental insurance, annual bonus

Job Requirements:

• Must have a 90 Clock Hour Certification in Infants and Toddlers or equivalent
• Plan, post and execute lessons following our curriculum
• Communicate with parents and log daily updates about the children via Brightwheel
• Ensure the safety and care of all children in the class
• Delegate responsibilities to assistant teachers
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom
• Have good attendance and be punctual
• Be a team player and kind role model

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
