Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Bula Babies Learning Center is a nurturing and high-quality childcare center committed to providing a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment for young children.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Toddler Teacher to lead our 1–2 year old classroom. This role is ideal for a strong classroom leader who takes pride in creating an organized, engaging classroom while supporting toddlers through important early developmental milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily classroom activities and routines for toddlers (ages 1–2)
• Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Ensure full compliance with Bright from the Start (DECAL) regulations
• Supervise and support assistant teachers in the classroom
• Maintain classroom ratios and required documentation
• Communicate professionally with families regarding daily activities and child progress
• Support toddler development including social, emotional, and early learning skills

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Lead Toddler Teacher
• Must have experience working in a licensed childcare center
• CDA, TCC/TSSC, or Early Childhood Education degree required
• Must meet Georgia DECAL Lead Teacher credential requirements
• Must be reliable, professional, and punctual
