Lead Toddler Teacher

Job Summary
We are looking for a warm, reliable, and experienced Lead Toddler Teacher (Ages 2-3) to join our team! This position is perfect for someone who truly loves working with toddlers and is confident in leading a classroom with structure, patience and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a toddler classroom (ages 2-3)
• Plan and implement daily lesson plans and activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth
• Communicate professionally with parents and staff
• Supervise and mentor assistant teachers or aides to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality childcare and education.
• Maintain detailed records of children's developmental progress, attendance, and assessments in compliance with licensing standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with toddlers (required)
• Previous childcare or lead teacher experience perferred.
• Strong classroom management skills
• Dependable, patient and nurturing personality
• Ablility to work as part of a team and take initiative
• Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
• Have highschool diploma/GED
• At least 18 years old

Schedule:

Full Time (Monday - Friday) 7am-4pm
