What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Creativity: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that prepare children for future academic success.
• Nurture Growth: Foster social-emotional and motor skill development through structured play and activities.
• Build Partnerships: Communicate daily with parents to share milestones and progress.
• Ensure Excellence: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets all safety and compliance standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Credentials: Must have a CDA, FCCPC, or Formal Education in Teaching.
• Training: Completed 45 DCF Hours is required.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience working specifically with the toddler age group.
• Skills: Spanish Speaker prefered Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Safety: Active CPR & First Aid certification and ability to pass a Level 2 Background Check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
