Lead Toddler Teacher for Daycare Center

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Master Teacher to lead and inspire early childhood learners in a dynamic educational environment. The Master Teacher will play a pivotal role in designing engaging curriculum, implementing best teaching practices, and fostering a nurturing space where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that align with early childhood education standards, including Montessori methods and literacy-focused activities
  • Lead classroom instruction across various subjects such as math, physical education, and social-emotional learning, ensuring lessons are engaging and developmentally appropriate
  • Manage classroom environments effectively by establishing routines, behavior management strategies, and fostering positive interactions among children
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support individualized learning plans, especially for children requiring special education or early intervention services
  • Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor student progress and inform instructional adjustments
  • Plan and execute activities that promote childhood development milestones in areas such as language acquisition, motor skills, and social skills
  • Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, student progress reports, and behavioral observations to ensure compliance with childcare regulations and educational standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings with a strong background in classroom management and lesson planning
  • Demonstrated expertise in early childhood education principles, including toddler care, special education strategies, and behavior management techniques
  • Knowledge of curriculum development methods such as Montessori or literacy-based approaches
  • Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and assessment tools for young learners
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents, colleagues, and external specialists
  • Ability to create an inclusive environment that supports child welfare and promotes positive behavior
  • Prior experience in private school or daycare environments is preferred; certification in early intervention or childhood development is a plus
