Leads Generation Executive

LINKITSOFT is looking to hire a proactive and performance-oriented Sales Leads Generation Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication skills and the ability to interact with prospects using a goal-driven and results-focused approach. We are seeking individuals with hands-on experience in cold calling and email marketing who are motivated to produce high-quality leads, enhance sales performance, and consistently achieve or surpass targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound prospecting activities, including systematic calling efforts and well-planned email outreach campaigns, to identify and convert potential clients for software solutions.
• Apply data-driven cold outreach strategies to generate qualified leads and sustain long-term relationships with prospective customers.
• Understand client goals and clearly articulate how the company’s software offerings provide tangible business impact and value.

Requirements

• Reliable and collaborative professional who performs effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, specifically in telemarketing and email marketing within the software sector.
• Proven capability to organize, coordinate, and execute successful B2B sales initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with lead scraping and structured cold outreach execution.
• Strong expertise in cold calling methodologies and results-based email marketing strategies.
• Excellent negotiation skills supported by a confident, persuasive, and professional communication style.
