We are a rapidly growing courier and logistics company committed to delivering fast, reliable, and innovative solutions to our clients. As we expand, we are seeking a motivated Leads Qualifier to join our team and support our sales efforts by identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities.

Role Overview:
The Leads Qualifier plays a critical role in the sales process by researching, identifying, and qualifying potential leads. In this role you will ensure that our sales team engage with high-quality prospects, improving conversion rates and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads for courier and logistics services.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture interest and set appointments for sales representatives.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends to improve lead generation strategies.
  • Support sales campaigns and contribute to achieving team targets.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor degree
  • Proven experience in lead qualification, telesales, or sales support (1–2 years preferred). Freshers will also be considered.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic & English
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of courier/logistics services is an advantage.
