Learning and Development Coordinator-Emiratization

A leading UAE organization is seeking a motivated Learning & Development Executive to support the delivery of impactful development programs and strengthen internal talent capabilities.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Support the design and delivery of strategic learning and development initiatives in collaboration with external vendors
• Manage and optimize e-learning platforms, driving adoption through targeted campaigns, automation tools, and user engagement strategies
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track training effectiveness, learning progress, and development outcomes
• Assist with talent reviews and L&D budget planning to support data-driven decision making
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with exposure to training coordination, learning platform management, and stakeholder engagement
