Job Description

Job Summary-

The Learning and Development Officer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to help employees develop and improve their skills and knowledge within the organization.

Job Responsibility-

  • Design and develop training programs based on the organization's needs and goals.
  • Implement training programs through various delivery methods such as classroom training, online learning, workshops, etc.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain training records and monitor employee progress and development.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Candidate Requirements-

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Certification in training and development is a plus.
