Job Summary-
The Learning and Development Officer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to help employees develop and improve their skills and knowledge within the organization.
Job Responsibility-

Design and develop training programs based on the organization's needs and goals.

Implement training programs through various delivery methods such as classroom training, online learning, workshops, etc.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Maintain training records and monitor employee progress and development.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Candidate Requirements-

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.

Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

Certification in training and development is a plus.
