Talent Development Officer

The Job Holder is responsible to Assist & Support Talent Development Programs to Develop, motivate, and retain high-potential employees to improve Flynas business performance.


OD Strategy Support

- Contribute & Support T&OD Director in Developing the TD Strategy, Objectives and Plans to ensure the effective and efficient Operations.

- Review and Propose processes, policies, procedures and standards for effective management of the TD Function and submit to Direct Manager for review.

Talent Development

-Support and collaborate End-to-End Talent Development Cycle to ensure continuous competency enhancement opportunities are developed and executed for better company performance.

-Prepare, initiate, recommend, review and report training plans according to training need analysis for each department, service unit, group and individuals.

-Recommend, review, follow up and consult training budgets for each department or service business unit by providing with desired level of training consultation as a service.

-Design, allocate, review and recommend the needed types of training according to the targeted employees and to be aligned with budget consumption and forecasts.

-Consult, review, communicate, follow up, and report about the training courses' evaluation resources; venue, timing, material, instructor, period, added value…etc that ensures continual development in training processes and provide with rich database for future needs.

-Collaborate in providing Orientation Session for new employees, and any other awareness sessions needed to support business and personal development.

Leadership Development

-Analyze Succession planning for executives and critical jobs in flynas to ensure proper talent pipeline is maintained for business critical roles.

Career Coaching

-Develop and maintain career coaching toolkit to support Employees, especially fresh graduates, to identify their potential and layout career plan for them.

Analysis & Benchmarking

-Develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities and regularly monitor and reports results to management, along with recommendations for improvement in Training ROI.

-Develop and maintain training tracking including participation, costs, and ROI
