Learning and Development Senior Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Learning & Development Specialist to drive employee growth and capability development across the organization. The successful candidate will identify training needs, design and deliver engaging learning programs, manage the Learning Management System (LMS), and develop innovative learning solutions that support business goals and employee performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training needs analysis and develop learning programs aligned with business objectives and career development pathways.
• Design, develop, and deliver blended learning solutions, including technical, behavioral, leadership, and real estate training programs.
• Manage the LMS, including course uploads, scheduling, assessments, reporting, analytics, and learner engagement.
• Create learning assessments and measure training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement and business impact.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify skill gaps and implement effective development initiatives.
• Benchmark industry best practices and recommend innovative learning and talent development solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design, training delivery, and learning evaluation methods.
• Experience managing LMS platforms and training technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to develop creative, engaging, and results-driven learning programs.
