Learning & Development Specialist – Real Estate

Property Network Real Estate is seeking a dedicated and innovative Learning & Development Specialist to strengthen our team. The ideal candidate will design and deliver impactful learning programs that enhance employee performance, support career growth, and align with our company’s vision in the dynamic real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess training and development needs across departments through consultations, evaluations, and performance reviews
• Design, deliver, and manage engaging training programs tailored to sales, leasing, property management, and support functions
• Develop onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires into company culture and processes
• Coordinate with RERA and external training providers for certifications and compliance requirements
• Build e-learning modules, workshops, and blended learning initiatives to drive continuous development
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, measuring ROI and recommending improvements
• Maintain training records, calendars, and progress tracking reports
• Support leadership development, succession planning, and career growth initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Training & Development, or related field
• 3+ years of proven experience in Learning & Development, preferably within real estate or a service-driven industry
• Strong understanding of real estate practices, RERA requirements, and market dynamics
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills
• Ability to create engaging training content using digital tools and modern L&D practices
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
