What You'll Be Doing:
Collaborate with the business to identify and address training needs across EMEA.
Manage logistics, attendees, and scheduling for regional training programs.
Contribute to regional learning and development initiatives and projects.
Assist in designing structured career and learning pathways for employees.
Maintain accurate records of training activities and provide regular reporting on progress and outcomes.
Gather feedback and implement improvements to ensure training programs remain effective and impactful.
Deliver and support training programs to ensure effective learning experiences.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor s degree in engineering/ human resources management/ education/ business administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum two years experience in HR, ideally within learning and development
Excellent organizational & attention-to-detail skills.
Proficient MS Office Suite familiarity Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within team settings.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Experience working within any professional training environment in a similar related role
Passion for the development of yourself and others within a professional setting
Certification such as CPTM (Certified Professional in Training Management) advantageous
