Learning & development executive

A Learning & Development (L&D) job involves strategizing, designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to boost employee skills and achieve business goals, covering needs assessment, content creation (e-learning, workshops), budget management, stakeholder collaboration, and tracking effectiveness through KPIs and feedback, requiring strong project management, communication, and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Needs Analysis: Consult with management and assess employee skills to identify gaps and development areas.
  • Strategy & Design: Develop L&D plans, create learning materials (manuals, e-learning, workshops), and incorporate new methodologies.
  • Program Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, manage external vendors, and oversee new hire onboarding.
  • Evaluation & Reporting: Monitor program success, track attendance, manage budgets, and report on ROI and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HR, managers, and leadership to align L&D initiatives with company objectives.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Project management and budget management.
  • Analytical thinking to assess needs and measure impact.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, e-learning platforms, and instructional design.
  • Adaptability and ability to stay current with L&D trends.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
