Lease Administration & Portfolio Reporting Lead

Manage the flow of all lease related documents, maintain files to ensure that documentation is up to date at all times and prepare various lease supporting forms for management approval; distribute within Real Estate and Finance teams as required.

Prepare timely and accurate reports from time to time as requested.

Communicate and coordinate corrective systems actions which will involve either system enhancements or process changes for continued efficient management of portfolio data.
