Leasing & Business Development Manager

Position Summary:

The Leasing & Business Development Manager will lead all leasing operations and drive business growth within the real estate sector. This role combines the responsibility of maximizing occupancy and rental income with expanding the company’s property portfolio through new partnerships and market opportunities. The Manager will act as a key driver of revenue, tenant satisfaction, and long-term business relationships, ensuring the company remains competitive in the real estate market. Having strong professional connections and good relationships within the real estate industry is essential for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full leasing cycle, including inquiries, property tours, negotiations, contract execution, and renewals.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries promptly, qualify prospects, and provide professional property viewings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date property listings in the CRM system.
  • Ensure legal compliance for all lease agreements and documentation.
  • Monitor rental collections, occupancy rates, and vacancy levels across the portfolio.
  • Identify and secure new leasing opportunities by building relationships.
  • Expand the property portfolio by onboarding residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers and key industry stakeholders.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to optimize rental income, occupancy levels, and asset performance.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of real estate trends, competitor activities, and tenant demand.
  • Develop and implement sales and leasing strategies tailored to residential, commercial, and corporate clients.
  • Prepare long-term growth plans for the real estate portfolio, including expansion into new markets.
  • Oversee end-to-end real estate operations, from marketing campaigns to property handovers.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate leasing and sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Track KPIs (occupancy, revenue, lead conversion, rent collection) and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Foster a results-driven culture with accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in real estate leasing, property management, or business development, including managerial experience.
  • Strong track record of meeting occupancy, revenue, and portfolio growth targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of real estate market trends, pricing, and legal requirements in the region.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and property management software.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong existing network and good relationships with landlords, developers, real estate brokers, and corporate clients.
