Qualifications:

• 2+ years of multifamily leasing experience required
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Ability to motivate and train team members in leasing, marketing, and collections
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel (Entrata experience preferred)
• Strong communication skills with professional written correspondence
• Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Support interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training office staff
• Drive occupancy goals through effective leasing and marketing strategies
• Monitor and support rent collections and delinquency standards
• Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and administrative tasks
• Maintain professional presentation of staff, office, and community
• Provide outstanding resident service by responding promptly to requests and concerns
