Leasing Manager-(Mall/Retail)
Job Profile
- Lead Leasing department by setting Goals, delegating tasks, providing support, monitoring performance & resolving tenant conflicts.
- Develop and implement follow up strategies to help move potential tenants towards consummating a deal
- Negotiate lease and sales terms which conform to the established criteria
- Provide transaction related services (market analysis, space tours, financial analysis, drafting proposals, calculating commissions, etc.) in the leasing and sale of buildings
- Oversee the preparation of tenant applications, processing of lease documentation and gathering of various lease tenant data
- Manage relationships with outside brokers
- Assist in developing marketing materials (including, but not limited to, flyers, floor plans, brochures, stacking plans and maps) for space availabilities and properties for sale
- Report to and update senior level personnel on calling program status, clients met, potential deals being generated, issues/concerns and next steps
- Maintain regular contact with tenants and monitor lease expirations
- 5+ years in Retail/Malls leasing
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance or related field required
- Knowledge of regional real estate market is a big plus
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and English
