Leasing & Property Acquisition Executive

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Agent / Real Estate Broker to support the expansion and management of a growing real estate portfolio in Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess strong market knowledge, proven business development expertise, and the ability to successfully secure residential and commercial leasing projects while maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibility Areas-Market Expertise

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Qatar rental market and its dynamics
• Monitor pricing trends, demand patterns, and leasing activity across key locations including Doha, Lusail, The Pearl, and West Bay
• Analyze competitor strategies and market positioning
• Manage residential and commercial property listings
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Negotiate sales and rental agreements in line with company policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and landlords
• Stay updated on Qatar’s real estate market trends and opportunities

Target Property Segments

• Residential: Apartments, villas, and compounds
• Commercial: Retail outlets, office spaces, and showrooms

Compliance & Professional Standards

• Maintain accuracy, transparency, and professionalism in all transactions and communications
• Ensure all documentation, agreements, and client records are properly maintained and up to date
• Uphold ethical standards and represent the organization professionally at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2–4 years of leasing or real estate brokerage experience in Qatar
• Proven track record in securing residential and commercial leasing projects
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills
• Valid Qatar driving license (Preffered)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Doha, Lusail, The Pearl, and West Bay etc.
