About the Role:

The successful candidate will source, engage, and guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing Dubai properties. Key responsibilities include:

• Source, engage, and guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing Dubai properties
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting
• Conduct property viewings and market assessments
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio by providing exceptional service
• Negotiate offers to reach successful deal closure
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, regulations, and trends
• Prepare and submit required documentation for transactions

Requirements:

• Strong client relationship and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (must be English fluent)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
