Leasing Secretary

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Leasing Secretary who can provide administrative and operational support to the leasing department. This role involves handling tenant inquiries, preparing lease documentation, coordinating property viewings, maintaining records, and assisting the leasing team to ensure smooth leasing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the leasing team.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain leasing files, documents, and records.
  • Schedule appointments, property viewings, and meetings for leasing agents.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding property availability.
  • Prepare lease agreements, renewal notices, and related documents.
  • Ensure all tenant documents (IDs, contracts, payment receipts) are properly recorded.
  • Coordinate signing of lease agreements between tenants and management.
  • Maintain records of tenant payments, deposits, and lease expiry dates.
  • Coordinate with the finance department regarding rent payments and invoices.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience administrative support, real estate, or property management
  • Previous administrative or leasing experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
