Position: Leasing Operations Officer

Location: KSA – Riyadh

Type: Full-time


Role Purpose

The Leasing Operations Officer is responsible for coordinating and managing relationships with Tenants leasing within ABYAT locations. The role acts as a central point of contact to ensure effective communication, smooth coordination, and timely follow-up with leasing partners. This position focuses on administrative leasing support, meeting coordination, reporting, and performance tracking to support leasing objectives and enhance partner satisfaction. The Leasing Officer plays a key role in maintaining organized leasing operations, supporting KPI achievement, and ensuring add-on partners receive consistent and professional engagement.


Accountabilities and Activities

Leasing Coordination & Administration

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Tenants.
  • Coordinate leasing activities from an administrative perspective, including documentation, follow-ups, and renewals.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of leasing records, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Support leasing processes in line with company policies and procedures.

Partner Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with Tenants.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with leasing partners to address inquiries, requirements, and operational matters.
  • Ensure timely responses and consistent communication with all add-on tenants.

Meetings & Communication

  • Coordinate, schedule, and attend meetings with Tenants and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action trackers and Follow up on action items to ensure timely closure.

Commercial & Marketing Support

  • Support leasing-related presentations, proposals, and commercial materials.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions, and campaigns.
  • Assist in presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

Compliance & Process Management

  • Ensure all leasing activities comply with company standards, approvals, and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve leasing-related issues.
  • Maintain organized and auditable leasing documentation.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare regular leasing reports, dashboards, and status updates.
  • Track Tenants leasing performance against agreed KPIs and targets.
  • Support management with accurate data and insights for decision-making.


Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in leasing coordination, leasing administration, or a related commercial role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • Practical knowledge of leasing processes, contract coordination, and tenant follow-up.
  • Experience dealing with corporate clients or tenant companies.
  • Exposure to retail, commercial leasing, or add-on leasing environments is preferred.
  • Previous experience in marketing support or commercial coordination is an advantage.
  • Experience in preparing leasing reports, dashboards, and management updates.
