Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our leasing sales operations in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must come with a proven track record in the automotive leasing industry, preferably with one of the top 10 leasing companies, and demonstrate a deep understanding of the regional market landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve leasing targets and revenue growth.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and individual clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them to expand market share.
• Build long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups and high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, fleet) to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive leasing industry (corporate or retail leasing).
• Strong network and industry presence within the GCC leasing market.
• Prior experience working with or for one of the “Big 10” leasing companies is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Profile:

• Industry Background: Mandatory experience in the automotive leasing industry.
