Responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in English literature and language in a clear and engaging manner.
• Design and implement detailed lesson plans that incorporate curriculum requirements and learning objectives.
• Develop and update academic curriculum to ensure relevance and compliance with educational standards.
• Conduct academic research in English literature and related fields to contribute to the scholarly environment.
• Manage classroom activities to maintain discipline and promote a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and exams, providing constructive feedback.
