Job Title: Lecturer – Information Technology

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Information Technology Lecturer to join our faculty. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, guiding students in research and projects, and contributing to curriculum development.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lectures in core and advanced IT subjects (e.g., Programming, Databases, Networks, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity).
• Develop course outlines, teaching materials, and assessment methods in line with the university’s academic standards.
• Supervise student projects, research, and practical assignments.
• Engage in scholarly research and contribute to publications, conferences, and academic activities.
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and quality assurance processes.
• Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum MS/M.Phil. degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
• Candidates with a PhD (completed or in progress) will be preferred.
• Prior university-level teaching experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of emerging trends in IT and ability to integrate technology into teaching.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
