Job description:

We are seeking a qualified and motivated professional to join our faculty as a Lecturer in Software Engineering, contributing to our mission of shaping future technology leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lectures and lab sessions in core and advanced areas of software engineering such as programming, software design, algorithms, databases, and SDLC.
• Design and update course content, instructional materials, and assessment strategies in alignment with academic standards and industry needs.
• Mentor students in academic development, research projects, and final year projects.
• Engage in scholarly activities, including research, publications, and participation in academic seminars or conferences.
• Collaborate with colleagues in curriculum development, accreditation processes, and quality assurance initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Master’s degree (MS/MPhil) in Software Engineering from an HEC-recognized institution. A PhD will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching or industry experience in software development, engineering principles, or related domains.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages, development frameworks, and software engineering tools.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
