The Position
A well-known global technology company is seeking a detail-oriented legal administrative professional to support its Corporate Policy Program. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and precision.
You’ll help manage the company’s corporate policy review and approval process — coordinating deadlines, reviewing redlines for grammar and formatting, verifying policy ownership lists, and updating schedules within their internal system. Strong communication and advanced Microsoft Word skills (especially formatting and templates) are essential.
ASAP start; through February with potential extension; minimum 20 hours/week; with onsite presence required 1-2x/week (Tuesday or Thursday, or both) in their San Jose, CA office.
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $45 and $50. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
