Job Title: Legal Consultant (Contract Basis)

Position: Legal Consultant (On-Call/Contractual)

Location: Korangi

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide legal advice and support on company-related matters

· Represent the company in cases as and when required (courts, tribunals, regulatory bodies).

· Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and legal notices.

· Payment recovery from defaulters.

· Recovery of Mywater units.

· Ensure legal compliance and safeguard company rights.

· Coordinate and follow up with external lawyers, opposite parties, and government departments.

· Keep management updated on case progress, risks, and legal implications.

Qualification:

· Minimum LLB (Bachelor of Law) from a recognized university.

· LLM (Master of Law) preferred but not mandatory.

· Licensed to practice law in Pakistan (Bar Council enrollment required).

Experience:

· At least 3-5 years of professional experience in handling corporate and civil cases.

· Strong background in corporate compliance, contract drafting, recovery matters, and labor/employment law is preferred.

· Proven track record of litigation and court representation.

Skills Required:

· Excellent drafting and legal research skills. Strong negotiation and communication abilities.

· Ability to work independently and handle urgent assignments.

· High ethical standards, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Engagement Type:

Contract/On-Call Basis (engagement only when cases or legal matters arise).

Fee/retainer to be decided case-to-case basis.

Salary: Market Competitive
