Job Description –

About the Role:-
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Legal Advisor to oversee all legal aspects of the company, ensure statutory compliance, and provide guidance on business-related legal matters. The ideal candidate should possess strong legal knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to manage corporate legal responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Draft, review, and finalize contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and other legal documentation.
• Provide expert legal opinions and guidance to the management on corporate decisions.
• Handle regulatory compliance related to travel, tourism, forex, and labour laws.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings when required.
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory filings and corporate governance.
• Manage legal issues related to employee onboarding, exit, misconduct, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate with external lawyers for case management and legal proceedings.
• Support departments in resolving legal disputes and preventing legal risks.
• Review business policies and SOPs to align with legal standards.

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant legal experience (corporate / commercial law preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Indian corporate, labour, taxation, and contract laws.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
• Experience in travel, tourism, or service industry preferred (not mandatory).
