Key Responsibilities

  • Legal Counsel: Provide expert advice on a wide range of legal issues, including commercial law, employment law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
  • Document Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the organization's interests.
  • Legal Research: Conduct thorough research to support legal strategies, inform business decisions, and ensure the accuracy of legal work products.
  • Compliance: Monitor and ensure the organization's adherence to all applicable local, state, and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks, assess their impact, and develop and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Dispute Resolution: Represent the organization in legal proceedings, disputes, and investigations, and manage external counsel.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Collaborate with various departments, senior management, and external stakeholders to address legal issues and ensure compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
